Our studio is dedicated to helping you find peace, tranquillity, and deep relaxation through the practice of Yin yoga. With its emphasis on long-held, passive poses, Yin yoga allows you to connect with your body, breath, and the natural world around you.

 

You will be guided through a series of gentle stretches and poses, encouraging you to surrender and let go of tension and stress.
