A full moon is a beautiful time to spend in reflection, noting what serves you and what does not.
Come enjoy an evening of nurturing the mind, body and soul by making space for the new and surrendering and releasing of what no longer serves us. We practice through guided meditation, visualisation and then flow into beautiful deep releases of Yin Yoga postures.
The evening will leave you feeling a deep sense of peace and hopefully good night sleep.
