ABOUT YOGA

The word ‘yoga’ means ‘to unite’. Practicing yoga is one of self-transformation with oneself through the practices of asanas, pranayama, meditation, relaxation and through our daily life. Having inner awareness helps join the body, mind and soul as one.

In a yoga class you will be taken through a relaxing sequence of yoga movements designed to stimulate blood flow, invigorate the body, stretch tight muscles, and relax the mind.

With the combination of stretching, breath awareness, and meditation, a class will leave you feeling energised and refreshed.
