Welcome to Serene Yoga

With the pressures we face in daily life, it's important for us to take time out from the never-ending demands and relax and re-centre our thoughts. Yoga offers this through the practice of meditation, asana's (postures), pranayama (breath control) and relaxation.

Serene Yoga provides Hatha style Yoga classes in a non-competitive and supportive environment. Fitness or flexibility is not necessary, as the classes are designed to build on basic foundations.

Regular Yoga practice improves overall health, fitness, strength and confidence, bringing relief to many common ailments such as bad posture, stress, anxiety, aches and pains.

The practice of Yoga combined with a healthy natural diet leads to a calmer and clearer mind with a deeper sense of well being and contentment.
